The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines provide testable criteria for accessible web content. A target is different from a completed evaluation.
Evaluation scope and limitations
This statement was prepared on September 8, 2026. Repository checks and individual browser checks do not constitute a complete accessibility audit. A documented evaluation with assistive-technology users, including complete keyboard and screen-reader tasks, remains pending.
- Long tables may require horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- Roof diagrams are schematic; their text explanations should be read with them.
- Print and PDF output need separate reading-order, link, and text-selection checks.
- Email delivery and human-verification widgets depend on external services; their complete assistive-technology flows have not been independently verified here.

This is the site’s existing listed contact; its delivery and staffing have not been verified. There is no guaranteed response window. The proposed handling process is to reproduce the barrier, offer an available text alternative, assign the fix, and verify the affected task before closing the report.
We will revise this statement as testing establishes the actual scope and findings. It follows the disclosure approach in W3C guidance on accessibility statements.
